**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage of the petitioner has been solemnized on 06.10.2004 with Sandeep Singh son of Dilbagh Singh. Her sister's marriage was also solemnized in the same family. There was no physical relationship between the petitioner and her husband as he is taking treatment of his impotency problem. The family members of the petitioner and her in-laws are not supporting her. On 13.04.2005 at about 10.00 AM when the petitioner was alone at home, her father-in-law has tried to commit rape upon her. Now, the priviate respondents are harassing and threatening to kill the petitioner. In this regard, representation dated 15.07.2016 (Annexure P-2) has been made to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala but no action has been taken thereon.

CRM-M-26406 of 2016 -2In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala (respondent No.2), to look into the representation (Annexure P-2), filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law. Further, the petitioner shall also approach respondent No.2 in person to address her grievance.
