Vide order dated 08.12.2023 notices were issued to the parties. The present appeal was filed through Sohan Lal, Special Attorney who as per the office report is stated to have since expired. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments and decrees of both the Courts. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
