CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL Present:- Mr. K.K.Goel, Advocate for the petitioner.
AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent-FCI Worker Union is extending threats to the petitioner of dire consequences and not allowing to execute the work awarded by Food Corporation of India. In this regard, a representation dated 11.06.2018 (Annexure P-5) was submitted to respondent No.4 but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if an appropriate action is taken on the representation dated 11.06.2018 (Annexure P-5) by respondent No.4 within a time bound manner. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.4 to consider the representation made by the petitioner vide Annexure P-5 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
If the claim of the petitioner is found justified, respondent No.4 shall give appropriate direction to provide security to the petitioner in accordance with law. The petition stands disposed of with the above direction. June 21, 2018 (AMIT RAWAL) savita JUDGE Whether Speaking/Reasoned Yes/No Whether Reportable Yes/No Savita 2018.06.
