This petition has been filed against the order dated 16.2.2023 passed by the Family Court granting interim maintenance of Rs.6000/- per month to the respondent/wife and Rs.3000/- per month to each of the two minor children. A perusal of the order shows that the amount of interim maintenance has been awarded considering the petitioner's/husband's earnings as Driver, and also the fact that he has a share in the agriculture land which comes to one and a quarter bigha. He was, accordingly, held to be earning atleast Rs.20,000/- per month. In view thereof, the amount of interim maintenance granted to the respondents cannot be said to be on the higher side. Dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
