The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 08.12.2023 notice was issued to the sole appellant. As per the service report, sole appellant has died. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant. Mr. Ghulam Nabi Malik, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent and has filed his power of attorney, which is taken on record. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for nonprosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
