State counsel, on the instructions of ASI Harjit Singh, informs that the petitioners have joined investigation and are not required for custodial interrogation.

The petition is allowed. It is ordered that the petitioners will join investigation as and when required and will not tamper with the evidence and hamper investigation, in any manner. They will also not commit the similar offence of which they are accused of during pendency of the trial.
