**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 22 dated 7.4.2016 registered at Police Station Maqboolpura, District Amritsar City under Sections 376, 506 IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that the prosecutrix is 29 years old and she has been examined by the trial Court and has not supported the prosecution version. Counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the statements of the prosecutrix and her mother. In view of the above and without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing local surety and adequate bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
