The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated 09.11.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, appellant No.1(i) is stated to have died. Appellant Nos.1(ii) to 1(iv) are married and residing with in-laws. Appellant No.1(v) stands duly served. Neither anyone has put in appearance on behalf of the legal representatives of the appellant No.1(i) nor anybody has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant No.1(v). It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.
Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
