(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellants, on telephonic instructions received from the appellants, submits that the matter has been settled between the parties amicably by way of settlement, whereby the respondent has executed the sale deed in favour of wife of the appellant No.1(iii). He submits that in view of the above, nothing survives in the present appeal and the same may be disposed of as such.
