CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MANDEEP PANNU Present:- Mr. Ravinder Malik, Advocate for the petitioner.

***** MANDEEP PANNU, J. (Oral) 1.

The present petition has been filed by Manju Devi with the prayer that respondents No.1 to 4 be directed to ensure a fair, impartial and time-bound investigation in FIR No.0176, dated 11.08.2025 registered at Police Station Badhra, District Charkhi Dadri, and to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

2.

Notice of motion.

3.

Mr. Sushil Bhardwaj, Addl. A.G. Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and submits that the investigation of the present case has already been transferred to the State Crime Branch about three days ago.

4.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and perusing the record, this Court finds that the investigation of the present case has already been transferred to the State Crime Branch three days ago. In view of this ANU 2026.03.11 17:53 I am the author of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-13154-2026 recent transfer, it cannot be assumed at this stage that the investigating agency is not conducting a fair and proper investigation. Once the competent authority has already entrusted the matter to the State Crime Branch, the apprehension raised by the petitioner regarding unfair investigation does not appear to be justified at this stage.

5.

In these circumstances, no further directions are required to be issued by this Court, as the State Crime Branch is already seized of the matter and is expected to conduct the investigation strictly in accordance with law.

6.

Accordingly, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
