The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated 23.11.2023 fresh notice was issued to the parties. As per the Office report, appellants No.1(a), 1(b) and 2(i) to 2(iii) stand served. However, none has put in appearance on their behalf despite service. Appellants No.3 and 4 are stated to have died. None has come forward to get themselves impleaded as their legal representatives. Respondents stand duly served. However, none has put in appearance on their behalf as well despite service. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
