Through this second petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner - Sandeep Kundra - in a case arising from FIR No.58 dated 12.04.2018 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 511 IPC at Police Station City Nawanshahr, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar.

According to the prosecution, petitioner along with his coaccused Amandeep Mehmi forged and fabricated two banker's cheques amounting to `2,72,00,000/- and `1,72,50,800/-, totalling `4,44,50,800/-, which on verification were found not issued by Gramin Bank, Tripura. Heard.

-2CRM-M-13611 of 2020 any fresh ground to grant regular bail to the petitioner. The crime committed by the petitioner is of several crores of rupees, which proves that petitioner is the man of a great criminal ilk. Such type of criminal does not deserve concession of regular bail.
