[1] The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

[2] This petition is filed for quashing of F.I.R. No. 33, dated 1st April, 2021 under Sections 451, 447, 511, 506 read with Section 34 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Cantt. Bathinda. [3] The F.I.R. in the present case is outcome of matrimonial dispute. The claim of the petitioners is that petitioner No. 1 is owner of the property but there are allegations of criminal trespass against her. [4] After arguing for some time, realizing that matter is still under investigation and petitioners have yet to put forth their version, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition at this stage.

[5] At this stage, learned State counsel appearing on advance notice, submits that that the matter would be fairly investigated. [6] The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
