(ORAL) The present first petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.229 dated 14.04.2022, registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Adampur, District Hisar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 24.03.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated 24.03.2023, passed by this Court, is made absolute.
