NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is quashing of FIR No. 0286 dated 07.11.2023 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 323/34, 342 and 506 IPC at Police Station Ismailabad, District Kurukshetra (later on Sections 377 and 498-A IPC were added) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioners, on merits.

After arguing for some time, when this Court is not agreeing with the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

Ordered accordingly.
