(Oral) This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 1 to 4 for registration of F.I.R against respondent No. 5 on the allegations of sexual assault made in the complaint dated 24.06.2015 moved by the petitioner and application dated 08.07.2015. On notice, a reply has been filed by respondent Nos. 1 to 4 stating therein that the police recorded the statement of the petitioner as well as three persons namely Gurmeet Singh, Gurcharan Singh, Jagtar Singh and as per the statement recorded, it was found that the petitioner has given number of complaints earlier also, which were found to be false. The complaint was examined by the investigation officer as well Asst. Supdt of Police (South) and it was found that the petitioner had submitted false complaint and moreover, the dispute is of civil nature and the complaint was filed. In view of the detailed reply, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
