(ORAL): The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to include the petitioner in the seniority list of disabled Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) and promote him to the post of Principal under disability quota, with effect from the date his juniors have been promoted, i.e. 20.10.2023, Annexure P-6. 2.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner will be satisfied in case the second respondent is directed to consider and decide his pending legal notice dated 16.2.2024, Annexure P-5, in a specified time.
