Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer at this stage to issuance of a direction to the Trial Court to ensure that the petitioner is duly examined on the next date of hearing when he puts in appearance for getting his statement recorded. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is now fixed before the Trial Court for 5.4.2023 for recording his remaining statement.

In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner and while bearing in mind the fact that the petitioner is stated to be physically challenged to the extent of 70%, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court concerned to ensure that the remaining statement of the petitioner is duly recorded on the next date fixed before it i.e. 5.4.2023 PANKAJ KAKKAR 2023.03.29 15:45 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
