**** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of criminal complaint No.34/2 dated 11.11.2012, titled as M/S Veekay Concast (P) Limited through Ujaggar Singh Vs. M/s Swati Cast Forge Private Limited & others, under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and summoning order dated 11.01.2013.

Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that trial is near conclusion as now it is listed before the trial Court for recording of defence evidence.
