The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of direction to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of the private respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has submitted representation dated 26.02.2026 (Annexure P-2) before respondents No.2, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.
