Learned State counsel has produced statement of father of the alleged detenue-Shivangi Rana, which is taken on record as Mark 'A' wherein he states he has no objection if his daughter goes with the petitioner. Further, the alleged detenue, who is present in person, on the asking of the Court, states that her age is 18 years & 8 months, Aadhar Card in this regard has been furnished and has solemnized marriage with the petitioner on 19.02.2026, marriage certificate is appended with the petition as Annexure P2. 2.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition.
