Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent No.1 to ensure protection of his life, liberty and property at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 14. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that civil litigation between the petitioner himself and respondents No.4 to 14 is already in his favour and still the said respondents are creating problem in his day-to-day life and advancing threats to him. The representation dated 3.7.2017 (Annexure P7) having been made to Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali remained unattended.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.1-Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S.Nagar, is directed to look into the representation dated 3.7.2017 (Annexure P7) and take required action, if any, as per law.
