Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the impugned o order dated 03.12.2003, where eby pay of the petitioner was reduced wit th retrospective effect, which th he Division Bench, vide order dated 16.12 2.2003, had stayed.

Reliance in the index of the e petition was placed on the pendency o of CWP-18538-2003 and CW WP-18537-2003, which stand disposed of f on 07.04.2025, referring the e judgments passed in CWP16421-2003 3 and CWP-17611-2003.

The aforesaid facts having b been brought out, during the course of he earing, learned State counsel, on n instructions, states that the PARVEEN KUMAR 2025.04.08 18:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
! respondents would not be averse to have a relook at the matter and decide afresh, taking note of the aforesaid judgments, within a period of 4 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. 5.
