Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 158 dated 20.09.2010, registered under Sections 364 IPC read with Section 34 IPC and 302, 201 IPC added later on, at Police Station Patti, District Tarn Taran. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case; that the petitioner was not named in the FIR; that there is a delay of more than 8 days in lodging the FIR; that the petitioner was declared a proclaimed offender on 01.03.2011 and was arrested on 07.04.2020; that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner; that the FIR was registered on the complainant of Dalbir Kaur, stating therein that her husband was disappeared on 12.09.2010 and that as per the statement of Mohan Singh, brother of the complainant, the deceased was last seen with Gurdev Singh.

submits that there are serious allegations against the petitioner and he is one of the main accused. The petitioner has committed the murder of the deceased in conspiracy with other co-accused. Co-accused Lakhwinder Kaur has already been convicted.
