The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 14.12.2023 notices were issued to the appellant as well as contesting respondent Nos.1 and 2. As per the service report the sole appellant stands duly served. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite service. Respondents No.1 and 2 have died. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for nonprosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
