Prayer in this writ petition is for quashing of order dated 27.02.2019 whereby petitioner has been deputed to work at Government College, BadoliPalwal for three days in a week till further orders. Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of order dated 06.09.2019 (Annexure R3), this writ petition is rendered infructuous. Accordingly, present petition is disposed of as infructuous. Liberty is afforded to the petitioner to move appropriate application within four weeks, in case any incorrect fact has been projected before this Court.
