In the present petition, the challenge is to the impugned order dated 01.08.2025 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent No. 2- Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh (herein after referred to as 'the Tribunal'), by which, the original application bearing No. 804 of 2018 filed by respondent No. 1 has been partly allowed with directions to the petitioners to refund the recovered amount to respondent No. 1 alongwith interest @ GPF till the date of actual payment. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the issue of jurisdiction was raised for the consideration of the Tribunal but, the same has not been decided, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to file a review application before the Tribunal.
