CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of direction to official respondent No.2 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of private respondent No.3 to 6.

Petitioners are stated to be major and have solemnized marriage on 19.06.2018 against the wishes of their parents. Factum of marriage has been pleaded with reference to photographs (Annexure P-5). Petitioners have an apprehension at the hands of private respondent No.3 to 6.

The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to submit a representation to respondent No.2Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad, who shall after looking into the matter take a decision on the same and if required, protect the life and liberty of the petitioners by providing adequate security.
