Through this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner - Sapna Bawa @ Sapna - in case FIR No.123 dated 21.12.2019 registered under Sections 406, 420 IPC at Police Station Sadar Moga, District Moga. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner - Sapna Bawa @ Sapna - has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

In view of above, order dated 26.06.2020 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
