AJAY TEWARI, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.83 dated 04.02.2014 under Sections 406,420,467,468,471,120-B IPC, P.S Sadar Karnal. Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that apart from merit of the case, the matter has been settled and the petitioner has returned the entire money to the complainant.

Learned state counsel on instructions from ASI Ajaib Singh, has accepted the aforesaid fact.

In these circumstances, present petition is allowed. Petitioner is directed to be released on bail to the satisfaction of CJM/Duty Magistrate, Karnal.
