ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) Vide order dated 16.12.2019, notice was issued to the appellant as learned counsel for the appellant had submitted that the appellant was not responding to the communications sent to him. As per the office report, the appellant in the present case is stated to have died.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive the present appeal in case anything survives.
