Learned counsel would contend that regarding the claim raised in the present petition, a representation dated 15.03.2024, Annexure P-3, has been submitted by him, which has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2.
Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3.
In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 15.03.2024 expeditiously in accordance with law.
