Keeping in view the averments enumerated in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. Consequently, the delay of 447 days in filing the review application (RA-CW-123-2026) is condoned.
CM-3422-CWP-2026 & CM-3423-CWP-2026 The prayer in the present applications are for placing on record Annexure A-1 alongiwth an application for exemption from filing the certified copy thereof.
Keeping in view the averments mentioned in the applications, the same are allowed. Copy of Annexures A-1 is taken on record subject to all just exceptions.

Learned counsel for the review-applicant submits that another similar review application bearing RA-CW-69-2026 in CWP-19828-2024 titled as Union of India and others versus Dharampal and another, decided on 11.02.2026, was filed by the review applicants against the same order, which has already been dismissed by this Court, hence, the present review application be also decided in the same terms and conditions. 2.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case wherein the issue raised has already been answered by this Court while passing the order in RA-CW-69-2026 in CWP-19828-2024 titled as Union of India and others versus Dharampal and another, decided on 11.02.2026, hence, the present review application is also dismissed of in the same terms and conditions.
