JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the interim protection granted by this Court on 20.07.2017, challan has been presented and the petitioner has been granted regular bail. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that the petitioner is the sister-in-law of the deceased namely Kiranpal Kaur and had direct role in the crime.

The challan has been presented and nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Moreover, in pursuance of the interim order dated 20.07.2017, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Keeping in view the aforementioned facts, the order dated 20.07.2017 is made absolute and the petition stands disposed of.
