3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J (ORAL) Prayer is for grant of pre arrest bail in case FIR No.258 dated 14.7.2015 under Sections 323,325,452,34 IPC, P.S Bhattu Kalan, District Fatehabad.

Learned state counsel, on instructions from ASI Bhim Singh, states that petitioner Nos.1 & 2 have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation and that qua petitioner No.3, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the abovesaid, present petition qua petitioner No.3 is dismissed as infructuous while the order dated 04.08.2015 passed by this Court granting interim bail is made absolute qua petitioner Nos.1 & 2 only. Petition stands disposed of.
