*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J.(ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of a direction to the official respondents No.2 and 3 for protection of their life and liberty at the hands of private respondent No.4, as they have married against the wishes of private respondent. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurwinder Singh has apprised the Court that the statement of the petitioners have been recorded, wherein they have expressed no threat to their married life. The copies of the statements have been produced and the same is given to counsel for the petitioners. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the present petition, as the alleged threat has vanished. The prayer is accepted.
