In this case, the petitioner has been convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for twelve years and to pay a fine of ` 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lac only). No ground has been made out for grant of parole to the petitioner. Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
