**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of criminal complaint No.292/2 of 06.09.2013 (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings thereof against the petitioners.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel intends to withdraw the present petition to enable the petitioners to take all the pleas through their counsel before the trial Court. Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for.

However, the personal presence of the petitioners is exempted before the trial Court.
