Notice of motion was issued and pursuant thereto, reply has been filed.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Nardev Singh, Head Constable submits that matter is being enquired into, but the petitioner was not joining the enquiry. She further submits that let the present petition be disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to join and cooperate with the enquiry officer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready and willing to join the enquiry and cooperate with the enquiry officer, but all the documents which the petitioner was intending to furnish before the enquiry GREESH SAHNI 2015.10.05 15:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Crl.Misc. No.M-2556 of 2015 officer were not being looked into, for which he may be granted permission to submit all the documents for the consideration of the enquiry officer. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of, with a direction to the enquiry officer that he shall permit the petitioner to submit all the relevant documents before him and the same shall be considered by him dispassionately, while conducting a fair and effective enquiry into the matter. With the above said observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
