***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Instant petition was filed in the year 2016. For two years, there was no order qua staying the proceedings before the trial court. Therefore, proceedings were going on and now, reached at the final stage. After more than two years, on request of learned counsel for the petitioners, passing of final order was stayed vide order dated 16.07.2018.
Learned State counsel, on instructions, from ASI Vinod Kumar contends that the FIR registered by the petitioners and the complaint filed by the respondents are at final stage and pending for 28.02.2019 for pronouncement of judgment, because arguments of both the sides have been concluded.

CRM-M-26477 of 2016 --2-- In view of submission made by learned State counsel and in the fitness of things, it would be appropriate to allow the trial court to pronounce final judgment in both the cases.
