(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 0074 dated 04.6.2017 under Sections 420/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Fatehgarh Sahib, District Fatehgarh Sahib. Mr. Kanwarbir Singh Sidhu, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant and filed power of attorney on his behalf. Same is taken on record.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation but at the same time, counsel for the complainant has argued that during the pendency of the present petition, the matter has been compromised between the parties.

In view of the aforesaid development, the present petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 19.7.2017 is made absolute.
