The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated 23.11.2023 fresh notices were issued to the parties. As per the office report, appellant No.1 stands served. Appellant No.2 is reported to have died. As per the office report, respondent No.3(i) to 3(v), 5, 8 and 9 also stand duly served. Respondent Nos.4 and 10 are stated to have died. None has put in appearance on behalf of appellant No.1 as well as respondent No.3(i) to 3(v), 5, 8 and 9 despite service. None has come forward to be impleaded as legal representative of appellant No.2 as well as respondent Nos.4 and 10. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
