(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 6 for registration of FIR against respondents No.7 to 13 and their companions under Sections 307, 325, 324, 506 and 34 IPC and any other relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code on the basis of complaint dated 18.06.2016 (Annexure P-1).
Perusal of file shows that on the previous date also, petitioner had gone unrepresented. Even today none is present on his behalf and order dated 27.02.2018 for impleading the legal heirs of deceased petitioner has also not been complied with.
