(ORAL) Petitioner claimed relief of quashing of impugned order dated 15.02.2019 (Annexure P-16) and for issuance of directions to respondents to grant deemed date of appointment to petitioner w.e.f. 4.6.1991. Petitioner had already availed remedy of suit on same ground, which has been dismissed.

Provisions of Order 2 Rule 2 and Section 11 of CPC also apply to writ proceedings. A person cannot be permitted to avail remedy as per his wish and fancies.

Writ petition is dismissed with costs of `5000/- to be paid to Bar Association of this Court.
