This is the second petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.45 dated 05.03.2019 registered under Sections 21, 22 and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Gate Hakim, District Amritsar. In view of the status report filed by way of an affidavit of Assistant Commissioner of Police, Central, Amritsar City, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition.
