As per the allegations the petitioners were preventing the deceased from plying his Rehri in the vegetable market as a result of which he committed suicide. Learned Addl.AG has stated that though the entire case of the prosecution is not based on the suicide note but has accepted that the suicide note is a major component in the case of the prosecution.
Without commenting on the merits of the case, I do not deem it appropriate to deny the concession of bail to the present petitioners. In the event of their arrest, they shall be released on bail by the investigating officer to his satisfaction subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Petition stands disposed of.
Since the main case has been decided, the Criminal Misc. Application, if any, stands disposed of.
