SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No. 4 to 8, parents and other relatives of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 31.07.2015 (Annexure P-5) made by the petitioners. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Navneet Kaur is 04.03.1993 as per copy of Matriculation Examination Certificate (Annexure P-1) and that of petitioner No.2Gurpreet Singh is 15.08.1992 as per copy of Driving Licence (Annexure P-2). They got married on 31.07.2015. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-4.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, but without expressing any opinion on the validity of SACHIN MEHTA 2015.08.06 10:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
