*** SANJAY VASHISTH, J. (ORAL) Sanjay Yadav, aged 42 years has filed the instant petition for quashing of FIR No.62 dated 10.05.2017, registered under Sections 304-A, 337, 279, 427, etc. at Police Station Hoshiarpur City, District Hoshiarpur, on the basis of compromise dated 21.02.2025.

At the very outset, Mr.C.L.Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be allowed to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one, if any fresh cause of action accrues because of amicable settlement.
