The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 14.12.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, the appellants stand duly served. However, there is no representation on their behalf despite service. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have died. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
