(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of order passed by this Court on 22.06.2018, the amount of cheque has been deposited by the petitioner before the trial Court and photocopy of order dated 04.07.2018 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Hisar has been shown.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court.

The trial Court is directed to release the petitioner on bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds to its satisfaction as his arrest has already been stayed by this Court.

Disposed of accordingly.
